It has been a little over one week since I started my #100DayHHC! Honestly, I did not think I would already have so many challenges during the first week. Working out has probably been the hardest for me as my schedule has been busier than normal but I am determined to get myself moving (consistently) this week!
On another note, I have decided to incorporate the Greenhouse Effect for this challenge. I will make sure to do this 5 days out of the week, when I am wearing my protective styles. If you follow my Instagram/blog, you know that I have received great results from doing this method in the past. So, it is my goal to do this for majority of the week. You can check out my blog on the Greenhouse Effect to get more information about the process. I will alternate between two oils, Mielle Organics' Mint Almond Oil and my own mixture of oils during this challenge. I realize it is getting warmer outside and having extra layers on my head can be a bit uncomfortable at night, so I will wear the shower cap/plastic bag and bonnet only. And, I will make sure to have on a fan or the air at night. Thankfully, it takes quite a bit for me to get hot so I should be fine but I will take extra measures so I am consistent with doing this. I just wanted to give you all the quick update on what I will be adding to this challenge. I will talk about my goals for this challenge in another post so be on the lookout for that!
